LANSING, Mich. — Sen. Michele Hoitenga, R-Manton, on Thursday welcomed retired U.S. Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Susan Marcum to the state Capitol as her special guest for the Senate’s 28th Annual Memorial Day Service to honor Michigan’s fallen service members.
